Jen Matott here to share a project made with Faber Castell Design Memory Craft and Cornish Heritage Farms Rubber Stamps.  I created a cover to my new journal.CornishHeritage05For this canvas journal cover, I used the following:
Cornish Heritage Farms rubber stamp  Antiques
Cornish Heritage Farms Backgrounders rubber stamp in French Script
Cornish Heritage Farms Backgrounders rubber stamp in WoodGrain
Cornish Heritage Farms rubber stamps in A Time to Stamp
Faber Castell Design Memory Craft Gelatos®:  Banana, Squid Ink, Acqua Dolce, Snow Cone, Blood Orange
Faber Castell Design Memory Craft Stamper's Big Brush pen: Black
Faber- Castell Design Memory Craft Textural Accents Gesso

First I coated the cover with Faber- Castell Design Memory Craft's Textural Accents Gesso and allowed it to dry.  I then stamped this image in black.
CornishHeritage03I added Banana Gelato to the center and added water with a spray bottle.  Tip the journal to create the drippage.
CornishHeritage02I used the Gesson on a tag by applying a thick coat and allowing it to mostly dry before stamping the Woodgrain stamp into the gesso.  It made a raised image and then I added Gelatos to accent the image.
CornishHeritage06You can see the detail here and I also stamped a key and lock with the Stamper's Big Brush Pen in Black.

CornishHeritage08Here is a close up of the stamps on vellum.  It was attached with staples to the canvas an you can see the clock from underneath.
